When you change and handle yourself is what is meant by “self-love.” Self-love means being able to recognize and value your own worth. Additionally, it includes taking actions to enhance your welfare and safety.

You may start to appreciate yourself  and your accomplishments more, as i  start to practice self-love. You may also start to spend more time focusing to  your needs and doing activities that willmake you happy and healthy.

Good friends care for each other,close friends understand each other, but TRUE FRIENDS stay forever,beyond words, beyond distance, beyond time.

However, if you begin to cultivate more self-love, it may spread into your life. Suddenly, as you start taking better care of yourself and improving your personality, your job life may improve, and you might spend more time pursuing your interests and hobbies, and your relationships with friends, family, and partners may also get better. So, loving yourself can actually increase the love and happiness in all of your relationships.

Health and happiness depend heavily on loving and accepting oneself. These characteristics genuinely and truly influence our physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. We disconnect ourselves from the energy that keeps life alive when we refuse to embrace who we are.
